We are building a category-defining platform in the Information Security Compliance space, where AI plays a central role in scaling intelligence and automation across our customers' GRC workflows. We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to design and own the systems that power our AI features — from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to LLM-based agents — ensuring performance, observability, and security at every step.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI features, ensuring adherence to safety and ethical guidelines.
  • Develop RAG pipelines, vector search integrations, and document indexing flows.
  • Design, build, and refine agentic AI systems that solve complex problems and enhance user workflows.
  • Own the architecture, observability, and lifecycle of AI features, from experimentation to production.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape and deliver the AI roadmap.
  • Champion best practices for latency, cost-efficiency, scalability, and security in AI systems.
  • Build internal frameworks and tools to accelerate AI feature development.
  • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, vector DBs, and agentic architectures, bringing relevant innovations into the product.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Information Security and Privacy standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Solid experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG, semantic search, vector databases, advanced prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems.
  • Proficiency in Python (AI/ML) and TypeScript (application development).
  • Experience working with AWS, Azure OpenAI, Terraform, Temporal, and monorepo environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in technical leadership and mentorship is a strong plus.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, pgvector, GraphQL, Hasura, Nhost.
  • Background in Information Security or compliance-related AI solutions.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment.
