In this role, you will lead initiatives to scale self-service deals, diversify our promotions strategy, and foster seller participation in key events. You will contribute to enhancing the seller experience, increasing engagement, and driving growth in the Brazil marketplace. Key job responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of self-service deals, focusing on business-as-usual periods. - Explore and diversify promotional levers beyond deals to offer sellers more options and improve price competitiveness. - Drive seller participation in key marketplace events, creating playbooks and toolkits for success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and improve existing mechanisms for deals and promotions. - Manage and optimize the use of fee reduction and other incentives to encourage seller participation and enhance promotional effectiveness. A day in the life As a Deals & Promotions Program Manager, you will work on innovative strategies to engage sellers and enhance their promotional activities. You will interact with various teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features and tools. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, understanding seller needs, and developing solutions that drive growth and improve the marketplace experience. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions directly influence the success of our marketplace.
