The pride in our brand fuels a workplace that encourages creative thinking, champions experimentation, and promotes authenticity which has contributed to our enduring success.If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day.This person will be responsible for executing local HR activities bound to legal or regulatory or language requirements in the areas of Personnel Administration, Learning Logistics, Talent Acquisition Logistics and - as applicable - New Hires Paperwork Pre-boarding, Employee Programs (YCMAD / Service awards / Local recognition programs) (as applicable) and Local Portal Content**What you will do**:**Personnel Administration**- Create Salesforce cases to submit requests for new positions, status changes or position change details to the transaction center to update the system of record (SAP HR); submit mass data change requests**Learning Delivery**- Support the coordination of logistics required for the execution of training sessions including booking hotels / meeting rooms, organizing transportation, ordering catering, preparation of training materials and meeting room setup, and supporting trainers during the training session**Talent Acquisition**- Support the local Hiring Manager in the completion of the pre-boarding checklist (badge, equipment, desk, etc.) for New Hire transition to day 1 of employment- Responsible for the administration of the Talent Acquisition pre-boarding paperwork (in light model counties only)**Employee Programs **(as applicable)- Responsible for the administration of local recognition programs and for the planning and execution of the relevant activities (YCMAD / Service awards / Local recognition programs and local events)**Local Portal Content**- Responsible to build and regularly update the local knowledge article of the new HR Portal based on local contentThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress- Experience in Personnel AdministrationEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
