Email Marketing Manager Job Summary As a detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel performance-based marketing campaigns. This strategic and executional role requires someone with domain expertise, who can manage campaigns themselves and lead teams to optimize outbound communications. The ideal candidate is an authority in leading and optimizing outbound campaigns, with experience delivering results at scale. We are seeking a marketer who is passionate about outbound marketing and has experience personalizing and scaling customer-facing communications using marketing automation. If you have a background in quantitative analysis and insights from market research, and are driven by a test-and-learn approach, we want to hear from you. Main Responsibilities Email Campaigns: Build and manage all automated email campaigns and multi-channel workflows personalized or specifically targeted by customer segments where possible. Communication Strategy: Develop and execute impactful communication campaigns informed by rigorous quantitative analysis, market research insights, and overarching business goals. Data Management: Define the ideal consumer profile and plan to collect, grow, and segment data further over time. Campaign Roadmap: Build the project roadmap and communication calendar for the email channel, launch and monitor direct response campaigns, and manage the developing tracking and reporting infrastructure. A/B Testing: Develop a systematic A/B split testing process to maximize user engagement and nurture customer acquisition. Messaging Alignment: Collaborate with other channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all performance marketing mediums. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting cycle. CRM & Automation Tools: 3+ years of experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a passion for experimenting via split tests. Leadership: Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to lead, influence, engage, and partner with cross-functional partners to drive business results. Adaptability: Thrives in a fluid, fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or associated studies. Language Proficiency: C1 or C2 English proficiency level.
