That's how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve.**About the Team**:Governance and Experience is a global team aiming to build a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only users, but also partners and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for passionate talents to join us, thus together we can build a commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.**Responsibilities**:- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions- Develop training sessions based on cross-functions' moderation knowledge necessities- Evaluate moderator performance to gauge where knowledge and skills are lacking- Work collaboratively with general & regional SOP teams to produce the training materials and deliver training for regional moderators and relative parties- Measure the effectiveness of training using various feedback methods- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale- Work closely with GNE Moderation Lead, QAs and other teams to ensure market moderation meets goals and continuous improvement projects**Qualifications**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree, education, training or equivalent experience.- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for the role.- At least 3 years experience as a trainer.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity.**Preferred Qualification**:- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage business demands in fast-paced environments.- Self-motivated with a track record in stakeholder management, problem-solving skills and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
