JOB DESCRIPTION

You're an original. So are we.

We're a company of people who like to forge our own path. We invented the blue jean in 1873, and we reinvented khaki pants in 1986. We pioneered labor and environmental guidelines in manufacturing. And we work to build sustainability into everything we do. Our brands stand for freedom and self-expression around the world.

Where we lead, others follow. For more than 160 years, we've used the strength of our brands to lead with our values and make an outsized impact on the world. We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's, Dockers, Denizen, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co. and Beyond Yoga.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the Payments domain in our technology organization. This role is critical to ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient payment processing across our global e-commerce and retail ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing engineering team that builds and operates payment APIs and services supporting credit cards, gift cards, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), fraud detection, reconciliation, and in-store payment integrations.

You will drive technical excellence, architecture, and execution in alignment with our domain-driven design and direct-to-consumer strategy. As an engineering leader, you will collaborate with product management, security, store teams, mobile app team, website teams, and external payment providers to deliver robust, compliant, and scalable payment solutions . You will lead a highly skilled team of software engineers in a “you build it, you run it” environment.
