Commercial Project Manager for High-End Fitout

Are you a results-driven professional with expertise in commercial project management? Do you have a passion for leading high-end fitout projects in KSA? We are seeking an experienced Project Commercial Manager to join our team and lead all commercial and contractual aspects of high-value interior fitout projects from inception to final account.

  • Leading the commercial & contractual function from pre-contract to handover, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Driving profitability through smart procurement , effective claims management, and accurate cost reporting, contributing to the company's financial growth and success.
  • Managing subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Approving major payments, forecasts, and project financials to maintain transparency and accountability within the project.
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a top-performing commercial team to achieve exceptional results and enhance the company's reputation.
About This Role:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in commercial project management, with at least 5+ years in high-end fitout projects.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen skills to effectively manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management to ensure successful project delivery and minimize risks.
  • Proficient in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills to motivate and empower team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders.
