Project Manager for Luxury Fit-out

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury fit-out projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects within budget and to a high standard of quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain tender budgets and procurement strategies.
  • Lead subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and manage project claims.
  • Oversee cost control, progress invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team for successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years' experience, with 5+ years in luxury interior fit-out projects.
  • Proven skills in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
  • Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English
