Interior Fit-Out Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to lead the execution of high-end interior fit-out projects across luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury fit-out projects, with expertise in coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.

The role requires a deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes, as well as excellent leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
  • Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.
  • Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
