Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects and a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.

  • The role involves overseeing planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution, as well as aligning cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
