Luxury Interior Fit-Out Project Manager

Expertise in high-end interior fit-out projects requires a seasoned professional with exceptional contract management and cost control skills. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of these complex projects.

  • Develop and manage tender budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead subcontractor negotiations and project claims to minimize financial risks
  • Oversee cost control processes, progress invoicing, and financial reporting to maintain transparency and accuracy
  • Mentor and lead the commercial team to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury interior fit-out projects
  • Proven track record in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial awareness skills
  • Fluency in English
