Your Day‑to‑Day Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation for both technical and non‑technical roles. Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Ensure a high‑touch candidate experience and enhance Bitfinex’s reputation in the talent market. Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency. Collaborate closely with hiring teams, department leads, and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives. Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience (both technical and non‑technical roles). Global recruitment experience across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, automation platforms, and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience working in fast‑paced environments. Data‑driven mindset using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies. Preferred CET timezone availability or flexibility. Previous experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain space is preferred.
