As a Tech Recruiter - Contractor, you\'ll be responsible for creating meaningful connections between candidates and people inside ArcTouch, delivering a great experience in every touch point of our hiring process and developing a lasting relationship with them. You\'re a team builder and, with data in hand, you\'re able to drive important discussions regarding a candidate\'s profile, team\'s needs and requirements, hiring process steps and offers. You\'re constantly looking for feedback to understand what you can do better. Use your recruiting knowledge to define the best strategy to hire excellent and diverse professionals for different roles: iOS, Android, FullStack, DevOps, Designers, and whatever position is required; Use your organization skills to deal with more than one open position at the same time and manage all sorts of information about it in a curated way; Interview candidates from different nationalities, which will require you to communicate in English both orally and in written; Understand the current context and adapt to them: sometimes you\'ll need to close a bunch of open positions and other times you\'ll need to focus on quality and bring innovation; Build strong relationships among all of the stakeholders and act as a facilitator balancing all the different points of view when making decisions; Analyze the job position hiring funnel data to understand patterns, identify recruiting gaps, and unblock whatever is the root cause; Engage candidates and build meaningful connections with them, keeping constant communication; Act as a real partner of the hiring managers being fully onboard on the area\'s needs, recruiting pipeline flow, candidates evaluation and providing them important data so they can be fully informed to make the best decisions; Keep yourself up to date, looking for development opportunities inside and outside ArcTouch, especially translating knowledge into results to the recruiting process.
