We are a team that is making a massive impact and we are looking for a talented, ambitious and well-connected HUNGRY style digital ad sales professional to generate ad sales business. Estamos buscando um Senior Sales Manager & Partner Management Retail Media para atuar na expansão de negócios no segmento de mídia, com foco em aquisição de novos clientes. Procuramos um profissional hunter, com forte capacidade de prospecção, negociação e fechamento de contratos. O candidato ideal deve ter experiência consolidada em vendas B2 B, relacionamento com clientes de médio porte e profundo conhecimento do mercado de publicidade digital. Main Responsibilities ✅ Prospectar e conquistar novos clientes no segmento retail media, focando em anunciantes diretos e agências. ✅ Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas para impulsionar o crescimento da receita e expandir a carteira de clientes. ✅ Construir e manter um pipeline sólido de oportunidades, gerenciando todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento de contratos. ✅ Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções estratégicas em mídia digital, alinhadas às suas demandas e objetivos da área. ✅ Colaborar com times internos, como marketing, operações e customer success, para garantir entregas de alto impacto para os clientes. ✅ Analisar tendências de mercado e concorrência, identificando novas oportunidades de crescimento. ✅ Participar de eventos do setor, conferências e reuniões estratégicas para fortalecer o posicionamento da empresa no mercado. Experiência e Background 3 a 6 anos de experiência comercial em mídia digital, e-commerce, adtech, ou plataformas de varejo. Vivência em operações de Retail Media (ou em players correlatos : Criteo, Citrus Ad, Amazon Ads, Mercado Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.). Histórico comprovado em vendas consultivas B2 B , preferencialmente com grandes anunciantes ou agências. Experiência com performance media, trade marketing digital ou shopper marketing é um diferencial forte. . Conhecimento Técnico Entendimento sólido de estratégias de retail media on-site e off-site , DSPs e first-party data. Noções de atribuição e mensuração de mídia (ROAS, incrementality, etc.). Domínio das principais métricas de e-commerce (CTR, conversion rate, share of search, basket size, etc.). Familiaridade com ferramentas como Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager , e plataformas de retail media networks . . Habilidades Comerciais e Comportamentais Forte capacidade de storytelling e negociação com CMOs, heads de trade e agências . Perfil analítico e orientado a resultado , com pensamento estratégico e postura consultiva. Habilidade para trabalhar com modelos híbridos de negócio (branding + performance). Gestão de pipeline e forecasting , com disciplina comercial. Comunicação clara, foco em relacionamento e alto grau de colaboração com times de operação e marketing . Idiomas Inglês intermediário a avançado (muitas plataformas e dashboards são em inglês). Espanhol avançado O que oferecemos? ????
