Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst A senior business analyst plays a pivotal role in the design team, collaborating closely with stakeholders and solution architects to develop value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. Core Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds. Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders. Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories). Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles. Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage. Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users. Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
