Sr Principal Systems Analyst – Support Join to apply for the Sr Principal Systems Analyst – Support role at Oracle . Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post‑sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while acting as an advocate for customer needs. You will help resolve non‑technical and technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, troubleshoot issues with our Electronic Support Services, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and provide guidance to internal Oracle employees on customer situations and escalated issues. Responsibilities Deliver post‑sales support and solutions to Oracle customers. Resolve post‑sales non‑technical customer inquiries via phone and email. Troubleshoot technical questions related to the use of and support for Oracle Electron Support Services. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Set overall technology direction for key areas, build internal expertise, and leverage knowledge within the Support organization. Resolve complex problems and escalations involving multiple product areas, and provide consultation to senior technical advisors. Qualifications Career Level – IC5. Experience as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, with strong expertise across the stack and tiers (application and system).
