Job Description

The position will be responsible for supporting our dealers, service centers, and key accounts in the Brazil region through Manitowoc systems like GPX2, GPX3, GWX, GTL, and Lotus. Proper follow-up for P&A requests, invoicing, and quotes is essential. The role involves identifying administrative requests and working internally with Manitowoc support.

Responsibilities
  • Place P&A in our system and follow up properly to meet customer needs.
  • Attend to administrative requests such as quotes, invoicing, and parts identification.
  • Follow up on orders and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Desirable: English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of office software packages.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Field of Study: Administration or Product & Customer Service.
  • Experience: 3-5 years.
Work Environment
  • Administrative station equipped with a computer and access to inventory management software (ERP or logistics control system) for data entry, updates, and inventory reports.
  • Dynamic environment requiring attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle varying operational demands.
