Country Sales Head

One of the leading Fertilizer and Horticulture manufacturing groups in the UAE is looking for an International Business Head to handle the sales in Brazil and surrounding countries including Latin American markets.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing business operations within the given geographical area, aligned with local government rules & regulations and business ethics.
- Good knowledge of Fertilizer/Agriculture Fertilizer.
- Business strategic planning, execution, and operational management to ensure the company’s goals align with local government’s rules & regulations.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Building strong relationships with all business accounts.
- Ensuring accurate business revenue forecasting and accounts planning.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and collection forecasts.
- Achieving business revenue and collection targets as agreed with management.
- Securing & collecting company’s payments from customers as per agreed company terms and informing the company accounts in UAE on a regular basis.
- Maintaining a good relationship with the company's business-related government agencies and managing all business-related issues.
- Maintaining customer-wise sales, collection, and budget plan data with the help of the company's accounts in UAE.
- Collecting market and competitors’ activity information, introducing new/innovative products, and finding new business revenues.
- Handling fair and professional business transactions between the UAE office and customers.
- Maintaining the multinational brand image of the company in the international market and delivering professional services to our customers.
- Reporting daily business activities to the assigned authorities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Science/Agriculture background.
- Minimum 5 to 10+ years of experience preferably within the agriculture or fertilizer industry.
- Strong understanding of fertilizers.
- Good in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with geographical areas and local markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R$25,000.00 - R$30,000.00 per month
