Há 15 horas
Are you a Lead analyst who is sought out for your strategic advice, not just your data skills? Do you want to move beyond reporting and directly shape the strategic direction of a growing business?
We are looking for a Lead Analyst to provide expert-level analytical leadership by working at our HQ in Dubai, UAE. This role is for a seasoned professional who can manage complex, cross-functional workstreams, mentor a high-performing team, and translate raw data into compelling narratives for our executive leadership. You\'ll provide the "so what" and "now what" that drives critical decisions.
If you\'re ready to own the strategic impact of analytics and influence at the CXO level, this is the role for you.
What You\'ll Do:
- Drive Strategic Direction: Lead high-impact analytical workstreams across multiple products and business units, uncovering insights that shape our most important initiatives.
- Influence Leadership: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations and present them compellingly to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Mentor and Elevate: Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and rigorous best practices across the team.
- Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Partner directly with business leaders to identify opportunities, quantify risks, and establish metrics that define success.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- You have 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Business Analyst, Data Science, Strategy) within a top-tier consulting firm, tech company, or product-led organization.
- You possess expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Experience with AI/ML modeling is a significant plus.
- You are a master of data storytelling —you can build a narrative, craft a compelling presentation, and confidently defend your recommendations to senior audiences.
- You have proven leadership and mentoring capabilities , with a passion for elevating the skills of those around you.
- You have an ownership mindset : you thrive in ambiguity, are relentlessly resourceful, and hold yourself accountable for driving tangible business outcomes.
Why Join Us?
- Executive Impact: Your analysis will directly inform decisions at the highest levels of the company.
- Leadership Opportunity: Step into a player-coach role where you can shape both strategy and team culture.
- Complex Challenges: Tackle the most ambiguous and strategic business problems we face.
