Leads Qualification Analyst, BR Marketplace — Join the Amazon Brazil Seller Recruitment team. Supports Leads generation and qualification processes to accelerate partnerships with key sellers in the marketplace and deliver a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities- Execute and maintain established processes using SQL and data analysis tools
- Support data collection and organization activities, including basic web scraping tasks
- Monitor and analyze lead quality data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
- Assist in implementing and maintaining lead scoring models according to established criteria
- Track and report on lead qualification metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with business teams to provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates
- Program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
