Overview Support Experian Consumer Services and Partner Solutions by negotiating and managing vendor contracts, including MSAs, SaaS, NDAs, and marketing agreements. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tech, security) to ensure contracts meet business and compliance needs. Maintain contract records, oversee approval workflows, and provide training on contract tools (e.g., JIRA). Guide communication between vendors and Experian. You will report to the contracts specialist lead. Responsibilities Negotiate and manage vendor contracts (MSAs, SaaS, NDAs, marketing agreements) to meet business and compliance requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tech, security) to ensure contracts align with business needs and regulatory requirements. Maintain contract records, oversee approval workflows, and provide training on contract tools. Facilitate clear communication between vendors and Experian. Report to the contracts specialist lead. Qualifications BA Required; paralegal certification or legal team experience. 3 to 5+ years of contracts-related experience with large financial institutions, telecoms, utilities, fintech, and other corporate clients; experience with regulatory schemes (GLBA, HIPAA, etc.) Experience with contract administration concepts and practical application in a business environment (including finance) Knowledge of basic procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, purchase requisitions/purchase orders, benchmarking, reviewing invoices against contract documents) Ability to track and manage all aspects of vendor contracts from creation to expiration; handle simple amendments, renewals, and terminations Ability to draft summaries and tracking documents, including novel non-templated language Benefits Benefits include medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.
