Leader auditor:
responsible for leading the audit team;
manages the audit team,prepares the audit plan, evaluates applicable items during the audit;
conducts audit-relatedmeetings, and reviews and submits the formal audit report;
complies with deadlinesestablished by the program and NCC.Auditor:
evaluates applicable items during the audit;
shares audited information with the leader auditor;
complies with deadlinesestablished by the program and NCC.Prerequisites:
Diploma or degree from a university or technical college in medicine, science, or engineering (educational requirement). Disciplines include Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Computer hardware and software technology, Material sciences, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Clinical, Bioengineering, Human Physiology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Physics, and Biophysics.At least 20 man-days auditing in MDSAP for other auditing organizations;
Fluent English;
Teamwork, trust, communication.Relevant Work Experience (medical area):
Lead auditors and auditors must demonstrate at least four years of full-time relevant experience in areas such as design and development, manufacturing, quality control of medical devices, or related fields.Training and Professional Development:
40 hours of lead auditor training in Quality Management System;
8 hours of training in ISO 13485;
32 hours of training inmedical device regulations (MDSAP Audit Approach), including specific requirements for each regulatory authority;
8 hours of training in risk management related to projects and QMS;
Statistical analysis;
Knowledge of products, processes, or standards requirements.Contract:
