The Opportunity Adobe’s License Advisory team is part of our DME Sales Organization. Our mission is to ensure customers are accurately licensed for Adobe products, helping them derive maximum value while safeguarding Adobe’s intellectual property. This dynamic and fast-paced role engages with diverse industries, offering compliance and risk consulting services. Join our Global LA team and contribute to flawless customer experiences Responsibilities Lead and complete mid-to-large scale license reviews across customer segments and industries. Drive license reviews to completion within the shortest possible timescales and against targets. Actively communicate and negotiate with customers’ executive teams to address license compliance issues. Identify licensing gaps, provide licensing knowledge, and support general software asset management for internal collaborators. Provide reporting and maintain systems regarding license review activity. Develop actionable, strategic sales closure plans for compliance accounts. Identify greenfield opportunities and develop a list of target accounts. Conduct audit findings closure negotiations with customers. Strengthen internal and external relationships to improve Adobe’s brand and customer trust. Apply Salesforce for end-to-end pipeline management by building strong working relationships with the various sales teams and field customer success teams. Qualifications Over 10 years of revenue growth involvement, specializing in license compliance, anti-piracy, or contracts at a software vendor or Big 4 consulting firm. Solid expertise in intellectual property knowledge, software licensing hands-on know-how. Deep understanding of software licensing models, EULAs, and enterprise agreements. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and thrive under pressure. Degree-level education preferred. Experienced in collaborating with multiple functional teams including sales, legal, solution consulting, partners, etc. Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential.
