Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the co-ordination of onboarding new starter
- Report into the people director
- Help administer the appraisal process Leaver administration:
- Support all people processes incl new starters, parental leave, probation pass, promotions, leavers etc and keeping all our systems up to date
- Triage and manage incoming people queries - answering, escalating or delegating as applicable
- Support the People Operations team in maintaining the accuracy of the database by inputting starters and leavers information, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of sickness and other leave on the HR Database.
- Help produce records from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data; General: Attend meetings and events, including taking notes and preparing paperwork.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data integrity in systems through quality assurance, fostering compliance and data management.
- Prepare monthly change data for input processing via Payroll; including new starters, terminations, absences, salary, role and basis information
- Liaise with the Regional Partner and Senior People Operations Manager to ensure all payroll processes are completed promptly
- Receive and review drafts sent by Payroll Process Vendor and validate that the requested inputs are being calculated. Reject (if wrong, making the necessary adjustments) or accept (if right) the draft via Horizon.
- Ensure mandatory checklists for new starters are completed
- Receive and review holiday calculation for the next month
- Liaise with the Finance and treasury department on bank files (TXT) and the net list in excel of the Payment
- Managing vacations, ensuring compliance with legislation and paying employees Vacations /Payments
- Monthly Purchase of Meal Vouchers/Mobility for the next competence
- Support in monthly Validations/invoices regarding Medical/Dental Assistance
- Support in monthly Validations/invoices regarding Gympass and Occupational Health
- Guarantee all benefits was sent to finance to be paid
**Qualifications** Required Skills**:
- Portuguese speaker ,Fluent in English ( Spanish is a plus)
- IT and numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas and filters)

- US Operational knowledge advantageous
- Good knowledge of payroll /labour legislation in Brazil and a good understanding of payroll calculations
- Being an organised and planned person is highly recommended for this position
