Junior Operations Security Administrator Job Description

Pursue a role as a Junior Operations Security Administrator where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations, logistics, and transportation with a focus on monitoring CCTV systems, equipment handling, and alarm management.

You will be expected to manage attendance cards, monitor priority requests, conduct audits, and complete service orders while utilizing systems such as PDSM/IMAGE and inventory rotations.

This is a full-time position requiring strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee security operations including monitoring CCTV systems and managing attendance cards
  • Manage priority requests and conduct audits
  • Utilize systems such as PDSM/IMAGE and monitor inventory rotations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in security operations, logistics, and transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • PowerBI/Power apps knowledge
  • Basic English skills
