Global Security Strategist Needed
About the Role:- We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our global security operations in LATAM.
- Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies, encompassing travel security, physical security assessments, investigations, event security, crisis management, executive protection, emergency planning, and other security-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the global team to conduct thorough risk analysis of the organization's security framework.
- Carry out accurate and timely risk assessments of company operations to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, recommending suitable mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in incident response, emergency response, or operations watch officer roles.
- Substantial prior work, residence, and travel in Latin America required.
- Ability to travel to other offices in Latin America essential.
- Prior analytical experience related to security operations capacity or relevant experience in large, complex environments necessary.
- Knowledge of corporate emergency management and security operations strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of local security environments and geopolitics across the region.
- Fluency in Portuguese and ability to speak Spanish and English.
