Job Title: Security Operations Agent

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Operations Agent. This role requires the execution and coordination of administrative activities related to property security, risk analysis, prevention, and investigation of occurrences.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for tracking and pre-alerting re-shipment of HV goods, registering and setting vehicle locks, and conducting badge registration in access control systems.
  • You will also be required to perform audits, manifest analyses, equipment checklists, and various other tasks related to security and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Track and pre-alert re-shipment of HV goods
  2. Registration and setting of vehicle locks
  3. Audit of driver releases at Brazil Risk
  4. Manifest analysis of vehicles without trackers
  5. Checklist of equipment and maintenance requests
  6. Vehicle Checklist (AUTOTRAC TEST) Linehaul FedEx
  7. Audit of PUD cargo vehicles
  8. HV load audit for weekend and holiday safety planning
  9. Periodic rounds during the day in the warehouse to identify possible losses, damages, or failures in loads
  10. General investigations
  11. Data analysis
  12. Police reports registration
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security, monitoring, logistics, and transport operations. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, judgment, decision-making skills, teamwork skills, written and verbal communication skills are required. A High School Degree/Equivalent is preferred and Basic English is preferred.
