**Job Title: Customs & Trade Compliance Manager LATAM****City: São Paulo, SP (JK Office)****Work Model: Hybrid****Clevel: C41**As a Customs & Trade Compliance Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing export and import policies, procedures, methods, and practices that align with the company’s objectives. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on the requirements and obligations associated with exporting and importing materials across all business units. You will also take proactive measures to ensure compliance and direct corrective actions as needed.In addition, you will play a key role in ensuring that cross-border business processes are executed smoothly, while identifying and mitigating risks and issues effectively. This role requires a strong focus on global customs regulations, including harmonized tariff schedules, customs valuations, import VAT rules, and special regimes such as Drawback, to maximize business benefits.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.
