We are seeking a skilled Platform Architect to join our team and lead the architectural design and implementation of our CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to gather technical requirements and define architectural needs.
  • Design and document a comprehensive low-level architecture for the CCaaS platform.
  • Establish and enforce best practices and guidelines to ensure successful and scalable implementations.
  • Provide architectural oversight through reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on support.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation for internal teams.
  • Act as the primary technical consultant (SPOC) for customer leadership and technical teams, offering solution clarifications, optimizations, and recommendations.
  • Support connectivity testing within the Sprinklr platform (no prior Sprinklr experience required).

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in VoIP technologies, including SBC, TLS, SIP Trunking, and Contact Center systems.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing CCaaS solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders.
  • Languages: English (B2/C1/C2) is a must, and Spanish is a plus.
