Marketing Manager, Americas at ETS. Location: Brazil (Alternatively: Colombia & Mexico). Team: Global Brand & Growth. Reports to: Director of Channel Management - Americas.

About The RoleAs Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop campaigns that resonate with educators, institutions, and learners across Americas (LATAM plus North America).
This is a high-impact role for a marketing professional who thrives on strategy, creativity, and purpose.
What You’ll Do- Strategic Marketing & Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with brand goals and market dynamics.
- Partner with agencies (advertising, media, digital, PR) to create compelling campaigns and communication strategies.
- Monitor market trends and adjust tactics to maximize demand and brand performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Research, Finance, Operations) to align marketing objectives.
- Sales & Client Engagement: Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and shape marketing programs that drive engagement.
- Manage brand equity and identify growth opportunities through channel partnerships.
- Product Launch & Innovation: Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and in-market execution.
- Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets for key marketing initiatives and ensure ROI-driven execution.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing activities protect and enhance ETS’s brand reputation.
- Team Collaboration & Culture: Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on innovation and strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles.
- Proven success in digital marketing, B2B channel marketing including campaign management, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Passion for education and impact-driven work.
