Role Overview
In this role, you will manage strategic client accounts, oversee campaign planning and delivery, and act as the key link between clients and our internal teams. Your ability to connect business goals with marketing execution will ensure client satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs.
Oversee execution of campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with media, creative, and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.
Manage budgets, reporting, and project timelines to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client services.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering marketing results.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and integrated marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and connect it to business goals.
Experience in agency environment preferred.
