About the Role We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Data Entry / Account Manager to join our operations team at a fast-growing vape company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data accuracy, process improvement, and people management — and is eager to take ownership of systems and workflows. As we scale, you’ll play a key role in managing a remote team of order processors, ensuring top-tier data quality, optimizing CRM workflows, and driving operational improvements. You’ll collaborate with leadership and contribute directly to building a more reliable and efficient backend. Key Responsibilities Maintain 100% data accuracy across all account management and order entry tasks Manage and monitor a team of remote account managers (attendance, output, quality) Develop and implement new systems and workflows to streamline operations Use tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, and Zoho CRM to automate and enhance processes Identify inefficiencies and lead solutions — not just follow SOPs Report performance trends and improvement ideas to leadership Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in data entry, account management, or operations Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage distributed teams Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of data integrity Process-driven, but with the creativity to solve problems and optimize workflows Fluent in English (written and spoken) Based in Latin America, aligned with U.S. time zones and work culture Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and automation tools Why Join Us?
