Estamos em busca de um
Account Manager
para integrar nosso time e atuar como o elo estratégico entre a agência e os clientes. O profissional será responsável por garantir o alinhamento, satisfação e evolução das contas, acompanhando de perto os resultados e propondo soluções que agreguem valor.
Responsabilidades
- Ser o ponto de contato direto dos clientes, construindo e mantendo relacionamentos de confiança;
- Compreender os objetivos de cada conta e direcionar as estratégias de acordo com eles;
- Planejar, acompanhar e organizar entregas junto ao time interno;
- Monitorar resultados, preparar relatórios e sugerir melhorias;
- Identificar oportunidades de crescimento dentro das contas.
Requisitos
- Experiência prévia em account management, customer success ou gestão de clientes;
- Boa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Perfil organizado e analítico, com visão estratégica;
- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas contas simultaneamente;
- Proatividade e foco em resultados.
