**Location**: Remote, based in Brazil

**Compensation**: R$ 9,000 reais/month (PJ)
We are a U.S.based **luxury interior design firm** seeking a **Senior Licensed Interiors Architect** located in Brazil to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Principal Designer on **high-end residential projects in the United States**, with a strong focus on creativity, organization, and technical excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate remotely with the Principal Designer on project vision, architectural plans, and execution strategy.
- Draft and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for interior layouts, millwork, and finishes.
- Create and maintain **specification books** with detailed information on materials, finishes, and FF&E selections.
- Assist in sourcing finishes and FF&E through our vendor library.
- Prepare **mood boards** and presentation documents that clearly communicate design intent.
- Ensure architectural detailing aligns with interior design goals and project standards.
**Requirements**:
- Licensed Architect in Brazil with a strong academic and professional background.
- **Minimum of 8 years professional experience** in architecture and interior detailing.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, able to produce technical drawings independently and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of interior architectural detailing and FF&E sourcing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with U.S. interior design and construction standards.
- Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of procurement software (e.g., Studio Designer) is a plus.
**Contract Type**: PJ - 40 hours/week
**Compensation**: R$ 9,000 reais/month
