As a Recruiter at BairesDev, you will identify and attract top talent across various roles to support our growing organization. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure we continue attracting the best professionals in the industry. What You’ll DoLead full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes. What We Are Looking For3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced level of English. What We Offer100% remote work (from anywhere).
