We’re focused on making incredible solutions for our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial product manager who seeks to change the face of e-commerce as we know it.- Join us to be part of the team, your work will touch millions of people a day- Drive product development (from discovery to launch) of the Payments products focused on the Brazilian market- Develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights- Identify and analyze feature requests to determine business value and priority- Develop product roadmap, define, prioritize, and align/communicate short and long term product goals with key stakeholders- Develop a deep understanding of customers by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability tests and translate it into solutions- Communicating and collaborating with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines- Actively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including feature testing and troubleshooting**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related fields- Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished- Experience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing digital product solutions. Show the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives- Customer obsessed: You take a customer-first lens to your work, keeping the needs of various segments of customers in mind- Structured thinking/decision-making skills: You take on complex product challenges and simplify them- Data-informed and data-savvy: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story to accomplish a meaningful goal, demonstrating with numbers/data- Ability to establish and manage initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals, and influence multiple stakeholders- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment that requires autonomy and eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking- Experience in the e-commerce, fintech, or payments industry will be an advantage- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
