This role serves as a vital link between sales operations, customers, and product development teams in Beijing. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, an understanding of advertising monetization, and proficiency in Portuguese and English. This enables efficient support for local advertisers, drives customer acquisition, and fuels revenue growth. Responsibilities Support advertisers in integrating attribution solutions for apps and web, including MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and pixel/SDK or server-side event API implementations. Act as the liaison between sales operations, advertisers, and the product development team in Beijing. Understand and troubleshoot technical issues related to attribution and performance-based advertising. Provide guidance and respond to customer questions regarding conversion reporting and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and resolution of technical challenges affecting advertisers. Requirements Broad understanding of advertising monetization principles. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL query and data interpretation. Basic computer skills and familiarity with one or more programming languages, with JavaScript preferred. Proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken). Nice to Have Proficiency in Chinese to facilitate communication with Beijing-based product and R&D teams. Experience working with attribution platforms and digital advertising measurement tools.
