Your strategic acumen, combined with your business expertise, technical prowess, and sales finesse, will be the driving force behind our success. You will be responsible for propelling the adoption of Kyndryl''s services across all market segments and countries, unlocking new opportunities and driving exponential growth. Collaborating with Customer Partners, you will create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations. Through these partnerships, you will help define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to our enterprise customers, solving their most pressing business challenges. You will lead development, execution, and management of key business development activities, projects, and programs, ensuring our partnerships flourish and yield exceptional results. You will craft compelling content, establish unique go-to-market programs, and provide comprehensive enablement support—both business and technical—to drive exponential growth for our partnerships. You will secure maximum benefits for Kyndryl''s deals and, most importantly, our customers, serving as a liaison between our Practices, one or more Alliance Partners, and Account teams, to foster win-win-win outcomes that fuel mutual success. To excel, you will continually build and maintain knowledge of our alliance partners and their industries, forging strong relationships that propel our collective growth. You will deepen your understanding of Kyndryl''s offerings to deliver unparalleled value when solving our customers'' most complex problems. Required Skills And Experience- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and commercial alliances within technology companies
- Strong track record in consultative sales and business development
- Experience working with financial sector clients, with a clear understanding of the market’s needs and challenges
- Advanced knowledge of cloud computing solutions with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to establish a network of contacts within Industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to operate effectively in multinational environments
- Bachelor''s degree
- Master’s degree
- Cloud certifications or training (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals)
- Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) models with partners
