Workday Consultant

**As a member of our team, you will have the autonomy to**:
- Do requirement analysis, design, build, develop, test and deploy of integrations in HR systems, especially involving Workday (Studio, CCW, PICOF, and PECIa);
- Proactively investigate and manage integration issues related to our HR systems;
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems on the existing systems supported and their integrations;
- Deal with third-party vendors including payroll systems and others;
- Identify and solve business problems, implementing appropriate technology solutions;
- Perform coding and/or configuration to meet documented needs, utilizing standard procedures and techniques;
- Building Custom Reports (including calculated fields) and EIB;
- Understand and translate the VTEX business processes into the Workday system in a scalable and efficient way and select appropriate work procedures or approaches to address technical challenges, consistent with appropriate standards and policies related to Workday;
- Configure and maintain Workday;
- Support HR systems users (provide operational support for production systems);
- Perform enhancements and configuration changes in the modules, keeping the constant improvement in the system;
- Maintain the Workday security roles matrix;
**We want someone who has**:
- Minimum of 3 years of Experience in HRIS Applications (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle EBS);
- Experience with Workday interface;
- Experience with integrations;
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various team members;
- Experience on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases such as Requirement analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment;
- Passion for developing people's solutions;
- Team player with good communication skills;
- Experience with project management;
- Stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent or advanced in English (Spanish is an extra);
