Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with us through efficient scheduling and in-person visits, negotiating cooperation agreements. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with us Assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores on the platform Provide training for managing their online business operations Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries Requirements Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages; basic English reading and writing skills required, along with proficiency in using office software Strong business negotiation and market development skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and drive business partnerships Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, execution, and collaboration skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a willingness to take on challenges with an altruistic mindset Primarily involves on-site visits to negotiate and provide services directly to merchants Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in sales or merchant services, especially as an Account Manager (AM) or Business Development (BD) professional in e-commerce or food delivery platforms is preferred. Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) is also a plus.
