Nosso cliente está procurando um Líder de Sales Operations para se juntar a sua equipe em São Paulo. Atividades:1 - Coordenará a área de Sales stratey and operations, acompanhando receitas e KPIS, suporte ao time de vendas e Marketing e inteligência de mercado para trazer insights para o time comercial e novas estratégias;2 - Gestão e estruturação da área para acompanhar o crescimento, com formação de time;3 - Monitorar as métricas e mostrar proativamente insights para a equipe de liderança comercial, e demais stakeholders; apoiando novas estratégias e abordagens;4 - Acompanhamento de KPIS de vendas/marketing, incluindo receita, através de da criação de relatórios diversos, incluindo metas individuais e globais5 - Entendimento e sugestão de melhoria de processos da área, incluindo novos projetos;6 - Acompanhar indicadores de mercado, concorrência, números do mercado, trazendo insights para vendas, marketing e estratégia;7 - Fornecer suporte diário e solução de problemas para as lideranças de vendas e pré-vendas;8 - Controle de repasses área comercial; RequisitosHard Skills:1 - Experiência de no mínimo 02 anos em sales operations, inteligência de mercado/business intelligence ou consultoria estratégica;2 - Domínio dos processos e KPIs das áreas de pré-vendas e vendas;(numero de reunioes, win rate, ciclo de venda, origem de leads) 3 - Experiência na construção de BIs e reports e na condução de análises aprofundadas;4 - Data Driven: entender e identificar os dados para tomada de decisão, assim como cruzá-los com informações de mercado para propor melhores alternativas;5 - Conhecer ferramentas de automação de processos (Make, N8N, Zendesk) Soft Skills:1 - Habilidades analíticas;2 - Proatividade; capacidade de buscar informações, resolver problemas conceituais, reunir recursos e entregar resultados em situações desafiadoras;3 - Interesse em gestão de pessoas;4 - Bom relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de influência com pares, gestores e C-level.
