Title:Sales & Operations LeadLocation:BrazilEmployment type:Full-timeAbout the Role We are expanding our presence in Brazil and seeking aSales & Operations Leadto ensure every customer order and shipment runs smoothly, from confirmation to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash cycle, drive continuous improvements, and act as the connector between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing, international organization where your work directly impacts growth and customer success.What You’ll Do Manageinbound & outbound logistics , ensuring on-time and in-full delivery. Own theorder-to-cash cycle : processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing. Aligndemand, supply, and inventorywith sales forecasts. Serve as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers. Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications. Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution). Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.What We’re Looking For 4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting. Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers. Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil. Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English. A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.Nice to Have Experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution. Knowledge of foreign-trade documentation and warehouse cycles. Basic process-improvement skills.What We Offer A chance to be a key player in building our Brazilian operations.
