Sales Effectiveness Operations Specialist Direct message the job poster from Keeta Responsibilities: Core Data Labeling & Information Governance (50%) Responsible for cleaning, categorizing, and accurately labeling core business data such as sales leads, customer profiles, and marketing activities to ensure data quality. Establish and maintain an internal business information tagging system that is clear, consistent, and easy for business staff to understand and use. Deeply understand the business context and effectively judge and classify complex and ambiguous customer information, providing a solid foundation for data analysis. Collaborate with the data team to translate labeling rules into logic that can be partially automated by the system, improving overall efficiency. Sales Process Insights & Optimization (40%) Proactive Analysis: Based on high-quality data labeling, identify conversion bottlenecks, efficiency gaps, and potential risks across all sales stages (from lead acquisition to deal closure). Process Design: Participate in designing and optimizing sales SOPs, clarifying key actions, evaluation criteria, and required tools at each stage, enabling the sales team to follow standardized procedures. Tool Enablement: Work closely with product and technology teams as a business representative to propose optimization needs for CRM, MA, and other sales tools, ensuring tools serve the process rather than restrict it. Knowledge Accumulation: Help solidify best sales practices and cases into team assets through labeling and process documentation. Cross-Department Collaboration & Support (10%) Provide training and support to the sales team regarding data standards and process guidelines. Serve as a “translator” and bridge between the sales team and data, product, and technology teams, ensuring accurate information transfer and aligned objectives. Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years of merchant operations, marketing activities, or sales operations experience. Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in various analysis software, capable of multidimensional analysis and making informed business decisions. Market Insight: Sensitive to market and industry information, able to capture trends and develop strategies. Project Management Skills: Strong communication and expression skills, coordination ability, team spirit, and organizational skills. English can be used as a working language. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in food delivery or local services industry is preferred. Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools. Experience in merchant operations, strategy operations, product operations, or business analysis is preferred.
