What Your Journey Will Look Like Here, there’s no script and no “one-size-fits-all” role. From day one, you’ll face real business problems, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and have the freedom to propose ideas that make a difference. Your journey will involve: Working hands-on with business data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities; Supporting the design and implementation of scalable processes; Collaborating with Product, Risk, Ops, and Finance teams; Applying analytical thinking to solve problems and propose innovative solutions; Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders; Balancing growth, efficiency, and fraud prevention in high-impact projects. Who We’re Looking For We’re not looking for someone to just fill a seat, we’re looking for people who thrive in uncertainty, who see challenges as opportunities, and who want to build something meaningful. You’ll be a great fit if you have: Completed degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Curious, analytical, and proactive problem-solvers; Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Python is a plus, but not a must); Advanced English (Spanish is a plus); Motivated to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast-paced environment, developing real business impact.
