Account Development Officer - Remote Work We lead the way in technology projects for over 15 years. This role aligns your passions and skills with our global opportunities. Responsibilities Manage calendar audits, log meetings, analyze Gong transcripts, and maintain internal updates. Track and manage POs, SOWs, and KPIs. Run weekly and monthly tasks including referral updates, C‑suite reports, and ticket follow‑ups. Create tasks in Account Cockpit to prompt Account Manager action. Leverage AI to automate account intelligence and other tasks. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations Analyst, or Account Management. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Advanced proficiency in English.
