Sales at TRACTIAN The Sales team is the driving factor behind revenue at Tractian. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. Our Enterprise customers include Fortune 500 companies like Hyundai, Bosch, Unilever, P&G, PepsiCo, and others. Tractian's Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is comparable to Silicon Valley startups such as Snowflake (158%) and Twilio (155%), highlighting the stickiness of our products. We ensure top performers are recognized and exceed quotas. What You'll Do As an Account Development Representative (ADR), your focus will be on driving our company's revenue growth through strategic client engagement and market expansion. You will identify and nurture business opportunities, upsell to existing clients, and contribute significantly to our sales and revenue goals. Using your expertise in software solutions and HubSpot CRM, you will aim to surpass quotas and support our aggressive growth strategy. Responsibilities Aggressively prospect and generate new business leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts for revenue maximization. Manage and grow client relationships using HubSpot CRM, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Analyze client needs and market trends to tailor business development strategies. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals. Represent the company at industry events, identifying opportunities for expansion. Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress towards goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Outbound Prospecting, preferably in a software or tech environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM for business development and client management. Excellent relationship-building skills and strategic approach to business expansion. Advanced outbound/cold call skills, proficiency in Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc. Ability to engage in high-level IQ conversations. Desire to become an Account Executive in 6 months. Bonus Points Extensive experience in B2B software sales. Advanced sales/business development training or certifications. Fluent in English.
