Seller Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of Kuaishou international e-commerce merchants

2. Merchant growth: To evaluate and sort out customer stratification, under the scenario of live and short video and other content e-commerce forms, to establish a customer growth system, output customized solutions and strategies, promote the sustainable operation of merchants, and improve merchants Activity and transaction conversion on the Kuaishou platform;

3. Operation precipitation: Based on the precipitation of benchmark cases and effective operation actions, develop the merchant operation manual, formulate key strategies and actions in different operation stages, improve operation efficiency, and ensure the achievement of goals;

4. Training empowerment: Have certain training skills to empower merchants, improve merchants' marketing planning capabilities and self-operation capabilities;

5. Data analysis: Responsible for in-depth analysis of the rise and fall of daily data indicators of regional merchants, in-depth identification and summary of the reasons for growth or decline.

Job requirements :

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of business strategy operation experience, experience in business operations such as e-commerce platforms is preferred;

2. Possess strong executive ability and solid data ability, be able to systematically sort out and solve problems, and be able to independently output industry analysis reports is preferred;

3. High work initiative, strongly self-driven, and strong ability to resist pressure;

4. Strong cross-team communication skills, quick thinking, ability to get results, and good adaptability are preferred
