Responsibilities>Responsible for improving
sales and number of orders
for all managed sellers they assist>Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good relationship with fashion sellers, monitoring sales and operation>Help the sellers to select SKUs for various campaigns and promotions>Prepare reports and provide detailed information about assisted sellers to category managers in order to execute defined strategies>Research the fashion market and do competitive analysis
Qualifications> Full graduation (new graduates welcome)> Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs> Experience in managing market place partners> Logical and problem-oriented thinking> Good analytical skill> Excellent communication skills> Microsoft Excel domain> Mandarin Advanced> Experience in Marketplace is a plus
