Summary of the Position

As a Content Processing Specialist, your role is to help protect brands from harmful content on various social media platforms and promote a positive community by issuing responses and removing negative brand sentiments. You will be trained and have experience in analyzing information, conducting content moderation and ensuring a safe experience for all businesses and individuals.

Here’s What You Will Do:

  • Use our online platform to monitor content
  • Maintain constant communication with your shift manager to resolve any issues or questions
  • Rapidly identify online communication, whether it’s text or a meme, and stay up to date with the latest social media trends
  • Ensure the safety of the online community and that the policies and guidelines are being followed
  • Understand brand policies and guidelines to effectively analyze information and make correct moderation decisions in a timely manner
  • Work with various brands from different industries to detect, review and monitor all kinds of content

Here’s What You Will Need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
  • General knowledge and interest in various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, etc)
  • A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service (non-voice), or social media/community management
  • Experience in social media and marketing is a plus
  • The ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Additional languages are a PLUS
