Marketing Ops Specialist

Collaborate to build and activate LATAM marketing plans with global, regional and in-market business teams;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in-region and across the globe to support pre/post product launch activities, including marketing materials approvals and executions on the ground and across owned channels; *Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report Manage localisation and text review (English, Portuguese and Spanish) and coordinate seamlessly across internal stakeholders and agency contacts;
- Track, analyse, document and present strategies, periodic updates and results (quantitative and qualitative) to internal and external audiences, including stakeholder’s management and progress reporting;
- Drive measurement for events, managing data uploads and data analysis; Implement internal cross-team processes to ensure data accuracy and to provide a scalable reporting framework within the team; *Knowing how to move between customer areas and maintain good communication with the team allocated at Pravy.
Requisitos We are looking for a native Latin America Spanish speaker with residence in Sao Paulo; Spanish as it's first language and fluent in English and Portuguese; Solid experience in media, tech or agency with demonstrated success scaling and executing multi-channel programs; Strong level of independence and efficiency while maintaining a high-degree organization; Capable of handling complex projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity; Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to promote innovation through a creative collaboration process that transforms different input into one actionable output; Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders, and external agencies; Can organize, clarify and communicate complex ideas timely, succinctly and accurately; Track record of cross-functional success with all levels of management, both internally and externally; Experienced stakeholder manager, juggling priorities and managing expectations; First class communication and presentation experience.
